By using Anime Pillow (the “site”) or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

Anime Pillow lets you create original character artwork with AI and order it printed on a body pillow cover. Every product is made to order by our production partner and shipped to you.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or place an order.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information, especially your email and shipping address.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our content policy.

Design credits

Generating designs uses design credits. Credits are a free perk with no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire or change if the service changes. We may limit usage to prevent abuse.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you order, including shipping. We may correct obvious pricing errors before payment.
• After you order, you receive our payment details (bank transfer or a secure payment link). An order is confirmed once payment is received; production starts after that.
• Unpaid orders may be cancelled after a reasonable time.
• Estimated timing is 10–14 days production + 5–10 days shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays from carriers or customs are outside our control.
• You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country, unless we state otherwise at checkout.

AI-generated artwork

Designs are generated by AI from your description. Results can be unexpected, and similar descriptions may produce similar images for other people. Please check your design carefully before ordering: what you approve is what we print. Fabric colors look slightly different from a backlit screen.

Who owns the designs

You may use designs you create on Anime Pillow for personal purposes, including sharing them on social media, and for printing with us. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in some countries, so we cannot promise exclusive rights. You give us permission to store, process and print your designs to fulfil your orders, and, only if you choose to make a design public, to show it in our gallery and marketing. You can make a design private again at any time.

Liability

We provide the site “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders from the date it is posted. Questions? Email info@desent.io.

Our pillows are cozy, family-friendly and original. This keeps the shop safe for everyone and lets us keep printing.

Allowed

• Original characters you invent: your OC, your tabletop character, a character described from scratch.
• Your own VTuber or streaming persona, if you own or have licensed the character design.
• Wholesome, cute, cool, fantasy, sci-fi, animal and other non-human characters.

Not allowed

• Characters you don't own: characters from anime, manga, games, films, cartoons, VTuber agencies or other creators, including obvious lookalikes (same name, signature outfit or distinctive design).
• Real people without their permission, including celebrities and streamers.
• Logos, brand names or trademarks you don't own.
• Sexual or explicit content: nudity, lingerie focus, sexualised poses or fetish content. Characters must be fully clothed.
• Anything that looks like a minor in a suggestive context. Humanoid characters must be clearly adult. Zero tolerance, whatever the claimed age or story.
• Hate symbols, harassment, extreme gore or content promoting violence.

How we check

Descriptions are checked automatically before any art is generated, and every order is reviewed by a person before production. If a design breaks this policy we will cancel the order and refund any payment in full. Repeated attempts may lead to account closure, and content involving minors will be reported where the law requires.

Reporting a rights issue

If you believe a design on our site uses your character or artwork without permission, email info@desent.io with your contact details, the work you own, where the design appears, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We will remove it promptly and reply within 5 business days.

Every cover is made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. But we stand fully behind the quality of what we make.

Before production

• Unpaid orders can be cancelled for free at any time from your orders page.
• Paid orders that have not yet gone into production: email info@desent.io as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full if the factory has not started.
• Once production has started, we cannot cancel, change the design, or accept a return for change of mind, wrong size choice, or “it looks different than I imagined”.

Defects and damage: free reprint or refund

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if:

• The print clearly differs from the design you approved (wrong design, missing side, misalignment, smudging, major color shift).
• The cover has a manufacturing defect: broken zipper, tears, seam failure, holes or stains.
• You received the wrong size or fabric.
• The item arrived damaged.

We will reprint and reship for free, or refund you in full if you prefer. We will not usually need the faulty item back.

Lost or very late parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Normal variation (not a defect)

• Fabric colors are a little less bright than a backlit screen (Peach Skin more so than 2-Way Tricot).
• Size tolerance of about 1–2 cm.
• Slight stretching of the image when the cover is on an inner pillow.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (for bank transfers, to the account you paid from). Depending on your bank, they can take 5–10 business days to appear.

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your pillow, and we never sell your data.

What we store

• Account details: your email address, name and a securely hashed password (we never see your actual password).
• Order details: shipping name, address, phone number, order contents and notes.
• Your designs: the descriptions you write and the images generated from them.
• Affiliate data: referral clicks (time, landing page, and the source tag in the link) and, if you are an affiliate, the payout details you enter.
• Your marketing email preference, if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all set by us:

• Session cookie: keeps you logged in.
• Guest ID: lets you try a free design and keep it before you sign up.
• Referral cookie: remembers which affiliate link you used, for 30 days, so they can be credited and you can get your first-order discount.

We also count visits, designs, signups and orders with our own first-party analytics (an anonymous visitor id and the first site or campaign that sent you, kept for 90 days) to see which channels work. No data is shared with analytics or advertising companies.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Who we share data with

• Our production partner: receives your design and shipping details to print and ship your order.
• Our AI image provider: processes your design descriptions to generate images.
• Payment and shipping providers: receive what they need to take payment and deliver your parcel.
• Authorities, only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

Your choices

• You can see your designs and orders in your account at any time.
• To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email info@desent.io from your account email address. We will delete your account and designs, keeping only order records we must keep for tax and accounting.

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes, and protect it with reasonable security measures.

Every Anime Pillow account can share a personal referral link. Full details are on the affiliate program page.

• You earn 15% of the order value (after discounts, excluding shipping) for orders placed by people who used your link in the previous 30 days. If someone used several links, the most recent one counts.
• Referred customers get 10% off their first order.
• Commissions are recorded when an order is paid, approved once it is delivered, and then paid out by PayPal or bank transfer to the payout details in your account. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn commission.
• You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission (e.g. “#ad” or “affiliate link”) wherever you share your link.
• Not allowed: spam, bidding on our brand name in paid search, self-referrals or duplicate accounts, misleading claims, and promoting copyrighted characters.
• We may void commissions that break these rules, and we may change or end the program with notice. Commissions already approved will still be paid.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
