Two sizes: 150 × 50 cm (included) and 160 × 50 cm (+$6.00). 150 × 50 cm is the standard size that fits most inner pillows. 160 × 50 cm is full-length and extra huggable. If you already own an inner pillow, choose the size that matches it.

Peach Skin is soft, smooth and durable, a great everyday fabric (included in the base price). 2-Way Tricot (premium) is a silky stretch fabric with the most vivid colors and a premium feel (+$14.00). If you want the brightest print and the softest hug, go with tricot.

Yes. Every cover is printed on both sides, front and back, so your character looks great whichever way you hug it.

The base price is for the printed cover only. You can add a matching filled inner pillow (+$29.00) at checkout so it arrives ready to hug. Covers have a zipper, so you can also use an inner pillow you already own.

Shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on orders of $89.00 or more.

Each cover is made to order: 10–14 days production + 5–10 days shipping. Production starts once your payment is confirmed. You will get a tracking number as soon as it ships, visible on your order page.

After you place your order you see our payment details on screen and in your confirmation email: pay by bank transfer, or with the secure payment link we email you (usually within 24 hours). Please include your order number. Your pillow goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed, and you can follow every order in your account.

Yes. While an order is still awaiting payment, you can cancel it for free from your account. Once it is paid and in production it is being made just for you, so we cannot cancel it, but see our reprint policy if anything is wrong with it.

Each new AI design uses one credit. Designing needs a free account: sign up (email or Google) and you get 5 free credits. Every pillow you order adds 10 more credits (per pillow) once it is paid. If you sign up through a friend's referral link, you both get 5 bonus credits, and you get 10% off your first order.

No, sorry. We only print original characters. Characters from existing anime, games, VTuber agencies and other franchises are protected by copyright and trademarks, and we cannot print them without a license. You can absolutely describe a style or vibe you love, and the AI will design a brand-new character for you.

Our pillows are family-friendly. Characters must be adults or non-human (animals, monsters, robots, spirits…), fully clothed, in a wholesome pose. No nudity, sexual content, characters who look like minors, gore, hate symbols, or real people without their permission. Designs that break these rules are blocked or will not be printed.

You can use the designs you create for personal use and to show off on social media. Because the artwork is generated by AI, copyright protection for it may be limited depending on where you live. We may show public designs in our gallery if you choose to share them.

Turn the cover inside out, close the zipper, and machine wash cold (30 °C / 86 °F max) on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent with no bleach. Air dry flat or hang in the shade; do not tumble dry on high heat. If needed, iron on low heat from the inside only, never directly on the print.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. If the cover has a printing defect, sewing fault, or was damaged in shipping, we will reprint and reship it for free (or refund you if a reprint is not possible). Small color differences between your screen and fabric are normal and are not considered defects.
